By the end of Level 3, the students have built upon skills acquired in Level 2, they are able to offer solutions or opinions and support them rationally, they are able to define complex problems and devise appropriate solutions.
They show independence in planning, managing, organising time, resources and processes and create new solutions to problems of an increasingly complex nature with sophistication and synthesis.
